Nigel O'Hara review Appalling. Worst experience ever as a customer. Perhaps even a scam/criminal website, but I suppose I might get my money back eventually, so I'll wait a while longer before accusing them of that. Please listen to these reviews and stay well clear of Nigel O'Hara - http://www.nigelohara.com. I'm posting this on every review site I can find to add to the mounting number of reviews and keep potential customers from being burned as I have been. Prepare to have to liaise with your banking company and the Trading Standards Agency if you deal with them. Great prices, though... Of course, I could post a picture of a new Ferrari I didn't have, and sell it to you for only £10k, and you'd be happy as Larry with the deal until it never showed up and you couldn't talk to me to get your money back! Here's how my transaction has progressed so far for anyone interested enough to read my frustrated ramblings. I ordered a ride-on electric car on 6th August 2015 for my son for his birthday in October. The item was listed as "in stock", and the money taken from my account on 10th August. On 12th August, I thought I'd get in touch as it'd been nearly a week and I hadn't had any dispatch confirmation. This was where I first ran into trouble as I noticed there was no telephone contact, only an online customer service request that says they'll respond within 24hours (or 48 hours, or if not, whenever...). 4 days later, I still hadn't heard back and was becoming concerned, so I telephoned their actual shop. They were very unhelpful, refused to put me through to anyone who could help, and insisted I continued to wait for an online response. Another 4 days elapsed, and I heard back on 18th August that their supplier hadn't delivered it yet. It wasn't in stock at all then, was it? My son's birthday still wasn't for weeks, so I wasn't in a huge rush, but asked them to confirm that their supplier actually had the item. After another 7 days, on 25th August, they said that in fact, their supplier didn't have the item at all. They offered an exchange or refund. Fine, at least it's over, I thought. I obviously opted for the refund as I was by now exceptionally wary of the company, and severely put off by their atrocious lack of customer services. More negative reviews were also starting to surface online. It took another 3 days before I received a message saying "refund completed". The thing is, it wasn't, and as of writing this, I am still waiting for the promised refund. I chased it on 11th September, and again today, on 20th September, but have heard nothing back. Still the funds haven't been returned to my bank account. I have got in touch with BBC Watchdog, the Trading Standards Agency, and my bank in an attempt to try to retrieve the £137.14 they are currently earning interest on. I've learned my lesson and will always check review sites very carefully before rushing into a purchase from any online company I haven't used before. A real shame as I like to put my trust in people and help out new companies where I can, but there you go. Reputation comes first from now on. Thanks for reading. Go and pay a bit more for whatever it was you wanted from a local shop or a fulfilled-by-Amazon sale. Sad.
