I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner and heard nothing from them for over a week. When I chased them about my order they told me they do not have any stock of the vacuum I ordered. I requested a refund on the 2nd September and here we are on the 4th October and I still have not received my money back. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!!!!
