I ordered a Samsung Curved TV for my daughters birthday with the delivery date 1 week before her birthday. I requested updates as the date got closer, but nothing back. The date then pasted. I still requested updates - nothing. The day before my daughters birthday I gave up and ordered it from BHSDirect.com. I paid £5 delivery and it turned up the next day at 8.15am (fantastic). I have since been chasing NIGEL O'HARA for a refund for the cancelled items and I get told it takes 14 days for a refund (funny as it took about 16seconds to take the money). 14 days has now passed and still no refund. I have logged this with Mastercard as fraud and they are investigating. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON AN ONLINE STORE. THEY ARE A DISGRACE. SHOP ELSE WHERE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I'm glad to get that off my chest!!
