I ordered a necklace from them in June/July this year which never arrived- I asked again and again when it was coming and they just kept saying that it would arrive soon.
I eventually asked for a refund nearly a month ago and still do not have the money ( over £50).
I have now had the same automated email from their finance department saying they will process it but still no money, how can I take action on these cowboys?
