I just want to share how bad customer service is in this company. Needless to say, I didn't receive my item in the end.
I ordered headphones online. After a week, I made an enquiry asking for an update. I was told that the headphones had been successfully placed with the manufacturer but without any idea of time scale.
Then I contacted the company again and received a message that they do anticipate my item to arrive with them within the coming days. After my several attempts to contact them, asking pretty much straight forward questions about the delivery timescale, I had never received a clear answer on my simple questions.
After two weeks, I contacted them again. This time I was told that my item is no longer available for dispatch and can not be received from the manufacturer. This due to it now being a discontinued line.
Now the best part - I contacted the manufacturer to find out whether the headphones are really discontinued or not. The manufacturer got back to me saying "no they are not discontinued at all"...
An awful experience overall. I asked a refund straight away and I hope that after two weeks of holding my money they will be quick in issuing the refund. I would suggest to other readers of this review to think twice before make an order with this company.
