I ordered an iron and expected delivery within the week. You are unable to telephone them with customer queries. I sent a support ticket and I asked for someone to speak to about my order and they 'closed' the ticket. I have paid them and am out of pocked without a refund. All i wanted to know was when they were going to delivery my order.
They are still advertising the product for delivery within the week. i will be contacting trading standards.
Do not use this company, look at other reviews on other websites.
