AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My wife ordered an ornament which was to be a gift for new parents. The order was placed on March 12th 2015. Today is June 1st and despite several email tickets and trying to get through by telephone, she has not received the gift! She has sent another 'ticket' stating she now wants a refund as they are in breach of contract. Perhaps BBC's Watchdog should investigate this company!
