Placed an order then changed my mind after reading all the really bad reviews. Payment was taken very quickly after I ordered the item but it didn't take too long to get a full refund. I wouldn't purchase from them again just because of the really bad reviews, I think I must have been one of the luckier ones this time! I've given Nigel O'Hara 2 stars because I got responses to my emails and I got my money back, now need to get my name off their mailing list.
