Product arrived quickly but with the wrong specifications. A month after asking, I am still no closer to resolving the matter. The sign at the top of their page stating (at the time of writing) "Live support system, Avg reply: 2:15 hr(s)" appears to be a blatant lie - staff often take over a week to respond. Avoid at all costs.
