Ordered a TV which was available to order but dispatch was estimated at a few weeks. It was cheap, so I ordered and waited. Date came and went and no TV! They don't publish a contact number and their live chat is slow to reply and fob you off. I got fed up of waiting and cancelled and requested a refund. They said this would take 14 days!!! 14 days later and I'm still waiting. I'll be passing this to my credit card company as fraudulent and that seems the only method to get my money back.
