Great customer service tracking down a package that had gone awry! The dress was true to size and arrived just in the nick of time in the end. I felt like Jessica was as delighted as me to hear that it arrived on time!
It would be very helpful to have models wearing larger sizes on the website or instagram page. I realise the team does try ons of the new collections but I was unable to find anyone other than the standard size model wearing the item I purchased, so it really felt like a stab in the dark when I was purchasing it (size 14).
