excellent service. From when my dress was first purchased. Staff friendly. I had to exchange the dress for a different size. the return postage was foc from my end, which is always a pleasant surprise. Then the new dress was quickly exchanged to another size. Would absolutely purchase through Nine Lives Bazaar again without any hesitation.
