I am in love with the stripes and textures of Rio midi Acacia. I ordered the wrong size but had to go down one to use the tie. NlB were amazing, once I did the return and I sent them the postal photo the lovingly and happily posted me the right size so it would get to me urgently for my event. Such a wonderful personal touch, above and beyond . Thank you so much 💕
