I was victim to a minor road collision as I walked to my local nisa (Oxbridge, Stockton on tees) the till staff who served me was very concerned and asked if there was any thing they could do. A guy, who seemed in charge, offered me a seat and to get me a drink. I felt very cared for. The collision was not on their property but they couldn't have been more considerate.
