I've lived for months at a time on this stuff a while back. Their prepackaged plenny drinks are ridiculously convenient. They contain basically everything you need as far as I know, even if you live a very active lifestyle, and you can just knock one back every few hours and keep going. Particularly convenient if you're being exploited through wage labor under capitalism and don't have time to waste on things like "Lunch breaks" or actually preparing food. I particularly recommend Vanilla. The taste is basic enough to never become annoying but tasty enough to enjoy drinking. For my lifestyle I need about 2400 Cal, so exactly 6 of them is enough. If you learn to navigate Plenny's Subscription system (Which requires approximately B1 English and 2 years of IT experience), and learn to game their rewards system, you can get the price down to around a manageable 2.75 EU per drink, meaning a neat 500 Euro/month budget for the average male if you take only this. If you're on a budget, you can take their powdered stuff which is about half the cost. It's less convenient and less easy to transport, but still would still only take like 10m to prep all your meals that way. With the drinks you can get all "eating" down to literally a minute per day, though, and you can use your spare time to toil away making more money for shareholders to buy up houses with. Quick guide on their subscription and rewards system: 1. Make an account 2. Do all the easy reward earning stuff to get points, like writing a review here. 3. Speedrun the "Timetraveler" reward tier (1500 pts) so you get 3 points per euro spent. 4. Plan your subscription as far ahead as possible, and grab the 10% off subscription (one time) rewards every time. If you plan ahead and take 300 worth of this stuff every 2 months or so, that's a permanent 10% discount. Seriously, Jimmy Joy should be nationalized and Plenny drink should become the first universal basic service. It's that good.
