From our first general enquiry the team were very polite and allowed us to view the cars at our leisure without pressure. After opting for a VW we arranged a short but long enough test drive, after which Joe guided us through their sales process and a couple of weeks later we picked up our new car. Again this was an easy process with Joe assisting with tax etc.
