We purchased a Salter liquidiser around 9 months ago.The chopping blade unit was failing and was extremely noisy. I contacted Salters and the receptionist I spoke to took my details as the part was out of stock. I received a call a couple of days ago to inform that the item was back in stock and today I received the part FOC under guarantee. Well done Salters. Thank you.
