Order this bed, 2 weeks passed so I sent an email to see where it was. Turns out it was lost in transit. New one sent out straight away. Received 1 week later. Then to discover it was missing the slats. Was pretty annoyed but they were sent out after a few email exchanges. Couple of imperfections on the bed but nothing that would effect the use. Got that sorted through email with customer service. Regardless of those issues my daughter loves her new bed. Shame about missing parts and imperfections and that it was almost 4 weeks before we managed to get the bed up properly due to issues but overall happy with the bed.
