My sleeping experience has been mixed due to my having had four back surgeries and typically not being able to find a comfortable position to lay in. My sleeping has also been impacted by my mattress feeling lumpy and saggy, offering no support. I thought I would need a replacement mattress however, I read a Good Housekeeping review of mattress toppers and Nolah was rated as having the number one mattress topper of all that were tested. I thought I would give them a try rather than having to replace my mattress which would be much more expensive. I received my new Nolah Mattress Topper and am happy to say that it is SO comfortable that I'm sleeping better and waking up without any of the back or hip pain I had been experiencing.
