Top shelf customer service. I bought this mattress after sleeping for years on an $8,000 sleep number mattress. This one is better. No aches in my shoulder or hips as the mattress is forgiving for side sleepers. Sheets and pillows came with the mattress. I almost suggested that Nolah not send these as I already had more expensive sheets and pillows. Glad I did not. Once again theirs are superior. Totally suprised.
