I had always used a spray, but since i tried No Pong after a breast cancer diagnosis i will never use a spray again, i cannot recommend No Pong enough, i absolutely love the smell and how easy it is to use as a 100 % no B.O smell, i dont think i will ever use anything else again as No Pong is an all round excellent product, i love it.
