I've been using No Pong for over a year, generally buying it at my local Health Food store. I've tried just about every brand of natural deodorant, but none are even close to working as well as No Pong. I was hesitant at first about having to apply it with my fingers, but got used it quickly. Recently, I had been nervous about going out, due to COVID, so decided to order some tins through the website - sure enough, AusPost lost my order. I contacted Customer Service via email, and they quickly responded, and sent out my order via Express Post, no additional charges - I had the new order within a week! Great product, amazing customer service (you're a legend Frances!) - I will continue using and recommending it to all my family & friends :) THANK YOU!
