My initial experience was not great as I had a reaction to the Original product that I ordered. However the company was very responsive to my concern, and within a week I received a complimentary small tin of the bicarb free product which I have now been using for 3 weeks without any adverse reaction and am very pleased that the product does exactly what it says, is easy to apply, non greasy and has a lovely lemony fragrance. Very happy now that I have found the one for me!
