I can only use the Bicarb free version of this deodorant as the others give me an insanely itchy rash, as with other brands that are natural but not Bicarb free, my skin is frustrating like that. No Pong lasts about 12 hours for me, by later afternoon I'm starting to get a bit stale in the pits department but having said that, it's the first Natural product I've found that works for longer than a couple of hours, so that's a massive achievement in my eyes :) Highly recommend trying the BF if you have sensitive skin and want to move away from conventional deodorants.
