Biggest Fan of No Pong over here! Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I purchased three different scents, and liked two of them, (the spicy chia is my favourite and works the best for me!). However, one of the tins did not work for me, at all, it was like I wasn't wearing any deodorant all day and I was not impressed. I emailed No Pong and let them know what was happening and they listened to me, valued my experience, explained how that recipe obviously wasn't working with my chemistry, and then they sent me a new tin of one of the scents that did work at NO CHARGE. I am very grateful and very impressed. No Pong truly cares about you, more than any other company I have ever encountered. If you're not sure about this product, I definitely recommend you give it a go!
