The product is amazing the only thing that lets it down is the order process. Each time I’ve ordered it’s been delayed or just doesn’t turn up and I have to contact and then wait for replacement. We’re travelling so make sure that there’s is plenty of time for delivery before we move to next location, so if it doesn’t arrive before then I have to redirect continually, very frustrating as I love the product. Will buy through retailers now, which is annoying as discounts don’t apply and you pay whatever price the store charges which is significantly more.
