Fantastic experience! The checklist, and supplied tools?! Went further than expected. Delivery, packaging and the whole experience was most excellent! Given that I found them via Google and didn't check reviews I wasn't expecting things to be so excellent. My son really loves his new bike! (A small note for further purchases, a bit more instructions on how to fix the mudguards on would be nice a cherry on top! There are two different ones and the fixings initially looked a bit different.)
