I was let down by a woom supplier. They told me they had the bike in red and the day before it was meant to be shipped out to me, they told me they didn’t have it but had other colours so I contacted North bikes and sorted the problem, straight away and still managed to get here in time for my son’s birthday.
Haven’t thanked them personally so if the company is reading thank you 😊
