I ordered a pair of jeans for my Son’s birthday, I paid extra for the next day delivery. I ordered on Friday, didn’t expect them until the Monday as I took as next business day. They arrived on the following Wednesday and to top it off the size was wrong. I phoned the contact number on the website and a man told me this was the store, however he was helpful and said he organised an exchange for me and a refund of the next day delivery charge. The returns label was delivered via email swiftly. However, I have now emailed 3 times asking for an update and when I will receive the correct Jeans, haven’t heard a thing and still haven’t been refunded anything, I’ve tried ringing the store twice too and they haven’t answered the phone!
