First time we have used a local supplier, bought from many popular carpet retailers, but none of them came anywhere near the experience we have had with northumbria flooring. From first setting foot into the very large selection of carpets we were approached by a member of staff who was not pushy told him what we wanted and gave us some expert advice, we chose our carpet for two rooms they even stored our second carpet for us until the decorater had completed his work. The young lads that fitted the carpet continued the excellent service chatty, very polite and courteous even put my furniture back in the room for me. All I can sat is well done northumbria carpets we will ce back for more and thank you for an excellent customer experience the carpets are really lovely and thanks for your help.
