Initially, I was really nervous because it was my first time ordering from this store, and I even thought it might be a scam since I didn’t receive tracking information from a courier (for bulky items, they ship on a pallet without the usual tracking systems). Andy was incredibly patient and reassured me that everything was on track, and he was absolutely righ, the TV arrived exactly as promised.
