This is not a normal review as we didn't end up with the curtains we ordered. Following our online order Norwood Textiles delivered the items quickly as promised. Unfortunately there was an issue with these that was down to the manufacturer and out of Norwood's control. I contacted Norwood the next day and they were immediately in touch with the manufacturer who unfortunately did not offer a resolution. Norwood immediately offer a return for full credit, a replacement or a discount if we would prefer to keep them (the fault was fairly minor). In the end we chose to return the curtains and Norwood provided a label for free return. When they received them back we were given a full credit immediately. Although this did not sort out our lack of curtains I cannot fault the service provided by Norwood Textiles. They dealt with our issue quickly, efficiently and with excellent overall service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for soft furnishings and will definitely use them again myself.
