Ordered a pair of curtains 5 days ago, and when I checked the tracking today, still not showing as even despatched. Rang their customer service yesterday who said they would get back to me, and have heard nothing.
Really poor service so far. Guess I'll have to involve Paypal to get my money back.
Don't trust all the good reviews you read!
