Telephone customer services to explain that I was having difficulty ordering through e bay and my order was taken by a customer service person at Norwood. Not only was the order taken quickly and efficiently in a friendly helpful manner but it was cheaper to buy directly from Norwood. Curtains were delivered postage free in two days.
