The curtains I purchased are intensely and extensively wrinkled (from the packaging), to the point whereby I am unable to remove them myself. I am now forced to go to a dry cleaner to see if they can help, with associated costs. I will not make any further purchases from Norwood and am extremely disappointed by the product I received.
