I can't rate Norwood. I've yet to collect my package from Royal Mail. Had filled in the order to go to my place of work. They sent to my home address and subsequently it can't be delivered as not home to take in. Double checked that it was to be shipped to work. Order confirmation agrees but dispatch doesn't. Very annoying.
