Please do not order from this website. Echoing other's experience, I too ordered a birthday present for my dog. It didn't come, so I chased and was told it was out of stock. I complained and was given £5 off my next order as "good will" (like I would be ordering from this hell hole again).
This has been going on since 28/3/2021.
This site is just a waste of time, energy and money.
