I have been waiting for 2 months for a refund on returned items. Constantly fobbed off by ‘Emma’ with repetitive emails such as “so terribly sorry, this issue is now in the hands of our accounts team”. We are taking them to a small claims court, and NatWest Bank are also investigating them.
