Ordered a ruff and tumble dog drying coat which never arrived because the company no longer supply NITD and despite promising a refund I am still waiting 14 weeks later. They have disabled my account and blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page. They are keeping money and not sending goods and it’s happened to loads of people if you search out numerous review sites. The police ought to be involved it’s outrageous!
