Ordered 2 dog coats on 16th February 2021. Received one 2 weeks later and was told that the second one was out of stock. Would I like to wait for it? Yes please. Waited. Waited. Sent an email in April. It's now out of stock completely and would I like a refund. Yes please........ 20 weeks today's since ordering. 140 days. No product. No refund despite contacting every week and being promised a refund. If this company has suffered, like many others, from the impact of Covid and is likely to be closing down, be honest! Just say. Have just written my last email to tell them that I am now taking it further. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
