Same issue as everyone else here. Sold a product that wasn’t in stock, they don’t answer their phone, take 2-3 days to reply to emails to then say it “might” be back in stock in 7-10 days.
Definitely something dodgy about this company. I’ve had to wait 15 days now to be able to report this to the debit card team at Lloyd’s. Don’t know if/when I’ll get my money back. Pretty disgraceful.
