Feel like a fool after reading these other reviews and seeing that I've been mugged too! I'm usually so careful and think I can spot a dodgy online company.. but no alarm bells were raised at the time that I placed my order. I've been waiting over 5 weeks for a travel crate for my new puppy... think I can kiss that goodbye.. and my money! Have just asked for a refund but will report it to my credit card company instead.
Shocking that they're allowed to carry on trading!
