Wish I could give them 0 stars and it looks like I'm not alone.
I placed an order on May 20th 2021. June 17th treats arrive but no dog crate (1st I'm told delays, then I'm told out of stock but they'll let me know when it will be back). Promises made, discounts offered or emails completely ignored.
Sept 13th I finally cancel my order, refund due no later than 10 working days... still waiting.
Basic theft!
