Paid £85.50 for a dog bed for my labrador in April. It did not materialise so cancelled on 27/04/22.
It is now 14/06/22 and I still haven't received my refund. I am a partially sighted lady in my eighties and I don't think that the owner of this company has any intention of refunding my money.
