Shocking service, I ordered 2 Hotter dog coats which took nearly 3 months to turn up. I had to return them as they were enormous. Many many emails later, some with a response and some without I have not received a refund. No longer get any reply to emails and the telephone number is unanswered except by machine. I can only assume this company is either fake or gone into receivership/closed down. I don't hold out much hope of getting my money back ever as it would probably cost more to pursue than the coats were worth. Don't order anything from this company.
