I ordered my dog food online and the company was efficient in completing the order. However, when it came to delivery the delivery firm Hermes was very inefficient. I was given a tracking reference which did not work and aI had to send an email to 'not in the doghouse' complaining about the delivery but received no reply. It was finally delivered without notification by an ordinary dressed person who I am unsure is a Hermes courier I would not recommend 'not in the doghouse' as I feel a good firm can be let down by poor delivery service which this company was
