My order, made on June 10th failed to arrive. (It is now 14th July) I might have been more patient had I found a telephone number for the company or been given a specific date for the arrival of my order. After 2 weeks I began sending enquiry emails, they replied with assurances that a second (replacement) order was on its way... and so on. (repeated) Finally, today, I called the Consumer Helpline from Trading Standards who gave me a reference number for my complaint and a process to follow. I have emailed the company in the terms the Consumer Helpline suggested. I found this review site after searching for further information. I had not seen it before despite checking for reviews of the product I ordered. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY is my advice based on the rotten process which is still unresolved.
