Paid the money and never received the item
I ordered Hunter - Oss Rope Dog Collar - Brown 55cm . After purchasing it I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one 50cm. I send the old one back but never received a new one
Nobody from the customer service responds to my emails for 6 months now
Not even on Instagram
I even tried to call but no answer. They basically just took my money and I have no product
Very poor customer service
I recommend you not to order from that company
