Absolutely appalling service - waited and waited for notice of dispatch, which never came. I was only able to contact them via email who weren’t any help and stopped responding to emails after I requested proof of dispatch and a courier consignment number
Gave up in the end and raised a dispute with my bank
Personally, I won’t be using this company again and after reading a few of the reviews on here, it seems like I’m not the only one who’s had these issues. I’d avoid them
