I ordered 3 different items in different quantities on 3rd July. The first parcel arrived on 9th July containing three bags of biscuits and a sachet of treats. The treats were six weeks out of date so I emailed the customer services team and they assured me an in-date sachet would be sent out straight away. After a week of waiting for the rest of the order I emailed the customer services team who assured me they would look into the delay. After not receiving anything else I kept emailing the customer services team and ended up sending at least 10 emails. Finally on 27th July a package was delivered by their couriers. On opening the parcel I discovered the box containing the meat sachets was badly damaged and had been sellotaped together so there was more sellotape than cardboard. There was no sign of the in-date training treats. After this I gave up chasing the treats. Having read other reviews I felt lucky to have actually received my goods as so many people haven't. At no point did the customer services team apologise or offer any kind of compensation. I was very disappointed with the service.
